The Wax Phantom was the disguise of Roger Stevens, the TV station manager of KLMN.

Physical appearance[]

It was a nine-foot humanoid made of cyan wax.

Personality[]

The Wax Phantom has a dark personality. He intended to turn the gang into wax dummies. He has a destructive side too when he tore up the stage at the KLMN station and he is murderous as well when he attempted to dunk Shaggy and Scooby in a vat of hot molten wax.

Powers and abilities[]

The Wax Phantom has the ability to glow in the dark as shown when it came to the KLMN TV station and attacked the station. It also has great strength as shown when Scooby and Shaggy locked him up in the Wax Phantom case and used his strength to break out of it.

History[]

Early history[]

The Phantom was originally made by Mr. Grisby, a wax statue maker who was fired from KLMN. He swore revenge on the studio by saying his sculpture would come to life.

Season two[]

Roger Stevens later used the threat made by Grisby to cover his scheme to embezzle money from the station. He planned to from Mr. Grisby from the statue coming to life while he fled to South America with the stolen money.
