The Ghostly Gardener was the disguise of Jebidisa Bravo.
Physical appearance[]
The costume resembles a typical Southern farmer with a somewhat malevolent look, predominantly colored in two distinct shades of yellow. He has shoulder-length blond hair, blond goatee on his prominent chin, and reddish eye sclera. He wears typical gardening clothes comprised of straw hat, long-sleeved shirt, overalls, rubber gloves (which, oddly, have only 4 fingers each), and boots. He is consistently seen carrying gardening tools, specially a rake, tree-trimming saw and even a wooden wheelbarrow.

Jebidisa Bravo unmasked.
She dressed up as the Ghostly Gardener to scare her nephew Johnny Bravo away because she thought he is an embarrassment to the family name.[1]
